Painted Mess

Experiencing famous paintings in 3D

This is the prototype of one of my earliest development projects. It was based on the idea of a video game in which the player gets to "tap in" and experience various famous paintings in a 3D environment. In this re-creation of the "Bedroom in Arles" painting by Vincent van Gogh, the player's aim is to walk through the untidy image and try to recover its initial state by putting misplaced objects back to their original location or removing them entirely from the picture's field of view, in case they don't belong.
